In the Tradition

Bibhitaki is one of the three fruits of Triphala, the best known classical blend of Ayurveda.

Its Sanskrit name is often read as the one that removes fear of disease.

Classical texts describe it as especially suited to Kapha, and it has long been used for the voice, eyes and hair.

Our Bibhitaki comes from the Malwa region of Madhya Pradesh.

It is prepared for our Triphala according to its classical protocol.
