In the Tradition

Classical texts call the rose Shatapatri, the one with a hundred petals, and describe it as cooling.

Rose water has long been the gentle toner of Indian homes, and gulkand, rose petals slow-cooked with sugar, a summer favourite.

Kannauj and Pushkar are still known for distilling rose water the traditional way.

Our Gulab comes from the Malwa region of Madhya Pradesh.

It is prepared for our mists, creams and gels according to its classical protocol.
