In the Tradition

Classical texts place Manjishtha among the Varnya herbs, the group traditionally used to support natural complexion and skin tone.

Its deep red root has been part of ubtans, lepas and herbal oils in Indian homes for generations.

Ayurveda also describes it as a herb that supports the purity of Rakta dhatu.

Our Manjishtha root comes from the Malwa region of Madhya Pradesh.

We prepare it for each formulation according to its classical protocol.
